Chris did a great job from beginning to end. He was definitely knowledgeable and easy to deal with. Whenever I had a question I would fire off a text and get an immediate response. He got me every penny possible out of my house. His negotiating skills are bar none, and I should know because for the past 30 years I’ve negotiated thousands of deals and financing in the transportation industry. Chris is an A+ real estate agent! He helped us navigate the process, make the decisions that were best for us, and get our house sold in no time. We had an older property we wanted to sell, and we weren't sure if or what we should invest in or repair on the property. We picked Chris because he also has his contractor's license and we knew he could help us navigate the process. Chris Soukoulis is a ROCKSTAR realtor! I can’t imagine a better realtor than him. From the very beginning, he treated us as if we were his only clients (and I know for sure we were not!). He would provide answers or services within minutes and I nicknamed him “Johnny” for “Johnny on the spot”. Another remarkable thing about him is that he’s absolutely, unequivocably honest. We never ever felt like he was trying to push us into anything or put any pressure whatsoever on us to buy. His service is impeccable. He went way above and beyond what one would expect of a realtor. At the same time, he was very comfortable to be with and laid-back. He wasn’t a slick, fast talking realtor just out to make money; he would prefer to provide excellent service and continue to build his reputation as top 1% of the nation. Chris is by far the most experienced and professional realtor I've worked with.
